INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

 WHAT IS HSE?

ABOUT HSE

As a participant at the HSE2020 summit and as a certified safety personnel, I know it is important to spread the safety message to the people particularly to those of us that don't take safety precautions important due to reasons I have not come to understand

As the world progresses in all aspect of the environment, human activities has burdened our environment with the quest for meeting the demands of the growing human population and  the advancement in technological know-how as well as the need to live in a symbiotic environment, the need for knowledge in HSE cannot be overemphasized.

HSE as you might have heard, is generally about our daily activities either at home or in our places of work, even at the relaxation spots and how we respond to the consequences of our activities

In essence, HSE involves developing a positive health and safety culture to reduce harm and financial costs of accidents or ill health in a bid to protect the environment as a whole.

simply put, HSE is the care of our Health by taking the necessary precautions/safety measures in a bid to make our Environment a safe place for all.

OBJECTIVE OF HSE
